    4When you don't get an answer

    Here's what each kind of reply means and what to do next.

    "I couldn't find that"

    The record doesn't exist, or it's outside what you can access. Check the name or ID and try again.

    "You don't have access"

    This needs a different role. Your manager can tell you who can help.

    You're asked to change something

    For example, dates can cover up to 7 days at a time. Adjust your question as suggested.

    "Something went wrong"

    A temporary problem. Wait a moment and try again. If it keeps happening, tell the platform team.

    Quick questions

    Why don't I see everything on this page?

    Each option is available to certain roles. For example, prospect questions are for consultants and managers. You'll only see what your job needs.

    Can it change anything?

    Only one thing: letting a prospect retake their placement test. Your assistant should ask you to confirm first. Always check before you say yes.

    How do I disconnect?

    Open your assistant's connector or MCP settings and remove or disconnect Wall Street English. You can reconnect any time.
